The Pennsylvania Society of Anesthesiologists is proud to announce the launch of our NEW Mentorship Program!

This initiative aims to strengthen professional development and foster meaningful connections within the Pennsylvania Anesthesia community by pairing experienced anesthesiologists with early-career colleagues; offering invaluable guidance, support, and opportunities for growth. 

The Mentor and Mentee Program will operate on a 12-month cycle, with an option for ongoing mentorship beyond the initial period if both parties agree.

The PSA will oversee the application and pairing process to ensure the best fit for each participant.

| Eligibility

MENTORS: Experienced anesthesiologists who are members of the PSA and have a desire to give back to the community by sharing their knowledge and experiences.

MENTEES: Early-career anesthesiologists who are PSA members and seek guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to excel in their careers.

Program Comments and Changes:

• Mentor and Mentee have opportunity to request a change of the mentor/mentee match at any time in the process. 
• This will be confidential, and the purpose will not be disclosed.
